Job Description

Recruiter responsible for shaping talent acquisition for a growing consumer crypto-trading startup. Coordinating end-to-end recruiting and developing a systematic hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruiting processes across multiple open roles and manage relationships with external recruiting partners
  • Source and identify strong candidates, mapping out where the best talent pools live for each role
  • Build candidate profiles and clear evaluation criteria
  • Partner closely with the founders to iterate on sourcing strategy and improve response times
  • Move recruiting from intuition-based to a more systematic, scalable approach as the team grows

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent, or a closely related function
  • Exposure to startups, venture capital, or quant-style talent environments
  • A genuine desire to specialize in talent and grow into a Head of Talent role over time
  • Highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable owning coordination across many moving parts
  • Bonus: experience recruiting for early-stage startups or at a venture firm
