Job Description

Experienced Recruiter specializing in sourcing accounting professionals for various roles. Responsible for managing recruitment processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for accounting and finance positions
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment platforms
  • Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to evaluate technical accounting knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of accounting professionals for current and future hiring needs
  • Create compelling job advertisements aligned with client or company requirements
  • Assess candidate experience in areas such as: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, Tax Preparation, Property Accounting, Payroll, ERP and accounting software experience
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment reports to management
  • Stay updated on accounting industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring market conditions
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in accounting and finance hiring
  • Proven experience recruiting for accounting-related roles in BPO, outsourcing, staffing, or corporate environments
  • Strong understanding of accounting terminology, workflows, and finance-related positions
  • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to assess both technical competencies and soft skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
