Job Description
Recruiter managing full-cycle hiring for Dhaka Technologies’ U.S. staffing and federal contracting clients. Sourcing technical and cleared professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requirements through sourcing, screening, negotiation, submission, and follow-up
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Recruit candidates for technical, professional, government, and federal contracting positions
- Identify and engage candidates with active Top Secret, TS/SCI, and CI Polygraph clearances
- Review resumes and assess candidates based on skills, experience, education, location, work authorization, security clearance, and compensation expectations
- Conduct initial telephone or video screening interviews
- Explain job requirements, work arrangements, compensation structures, and submission procedures
- Negotiate pay rates and employment terms
- Obtain candidate information, documents, acknowledgements, and submission authorization
- Prepare accurate and complete candidate submission packages
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout recruitment and interviews
- Coordinate interviews, provide interview preparation, and follow up after interviews
- Manage multiple open positions and candidate submissions while meeting strict deadlines
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate notes, communication histories, and status updates
- Use AI tools for candidate research, sourcing strategies, resume analysis, job description development, outreach preparation, and process improvement
- Collaborate with internal recruitment, account management, and business development teams
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of professional recruiting experience, preferably supporting U.S. staffing or government contracting requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing the complete recruitment process
- Proven ability to source, engage, screen, and close qualified candidates
- Experience recruiting candidates for positions requiring active federal security clearances
- Strong understanding of Top Secret, TS/SCI, and CI Polygraph security clearances
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and outreach
- Strong knowledge of Boolean searches, keyword searches, filters, and advanced sourcing techniques
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong candidate negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to handle pressure, competing priorities, multiple job openings, and high-volume candidate submissions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
- Proficiency in using AI tools to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate sourcing
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, email, spreadsheets, video conferencing, and online recruitment platforms
- Experience recruiting for U.S. federal, state, or local government contracts
- Experience recruiting cleared professionals in information technology, cybersecurity, engineering, intelligence, or related fields
- Familiarity with W2, 1099, and C2C employment arrangements
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems or vendor management systems
- Understanding of U.S. work authorization categories and employment eligibility requirements
- Experience managing candidates from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding
