Job Description
OCONUS Recruiter for Cherokee Federal leading recruitment and placement of applicants in military environments. Collaborating with hiring managers and enhancing candidate experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, support, and vision during the process of acquiring and placing applicants
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment with Federal Expertise
- Specialized Talent Sourcing in Federal Contracting and Military Environments
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance & Quality
- Maximize ATS & Recruitment Tools
- Support Credentialing & Onboarding
- Advise on Compensation Strategy
- Track Labor Market Trends
- Enhance Candidate Experience
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of Recruiting Experience
- Proficient in ATS/CRM Platforms
- Advanced Sourcing & Engagement Skills
- Regulatory & Compensation Knowledge
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Highly Organized & Responsive
