Job Description

Wpromote Sourcer building talent pipelines for digital marketing, media, tech, and analytics roles. Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to source, assess, and close candidates across the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster long-term relationships with high-caliber talent and proactively build and maintain a digital-focused candidate network
  • Screen candidates and provide timely, consistent feedback to hiring managers
  • Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to drive recruiting efforts, improve hiring efficacy and process efficiency, and assist with training and mentoring new recruiters
  • Recruit for roles ranging from Intern to Associate Director level
  • Cultivate candidate referrals
  • Source candidates using internet job boards, employee referrals, search engines, and web resume mining techniques
  • Manage relationships with multiple hiring managers across multiple US offices
  • Maintain knowledge of digital marketing trends and developments
  • Manage candidates through interviews, set expectations, provide feedback, and negotiate and close offers
  • Provide regular recruitment status updates to the People Operations team and hiring managers
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify requirements and set recruitment strategies
  • Schedule in-person and phone interviews across multiple time zones
  • Maintain recruitment tracking and reports and enhance existing reports
  • Fully and accurately use the applicant tracking system
  • Lead and participate in hiring-manager training sessions

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Ad agency experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting and filling digital marketing and/or ad tech roles at varying seniority levels preferred
  • Experience developing consultative relationships with hiring managers or clients
  • Proactive approach and willingness to develop knowledge of the digital marketing industry
  • Organized, process-oriented approach to staffing and onboarding
  • Solid experience with at least one applicant tracking system
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically while working independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
