Job Description

Recruiting Admin supporting Ingenovis Health’s healthcare staffing operations. Preparing nurse files, managing compliance, payroll paperwork, references, and assignment documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports recruiters with administrative duties
  • Uploads required nurse documents to get nurse files ready for internal presentation
  • Calls/obtains references for candidates
  • Sends and obtains assignment agreement letters to nurses accepted for assignments
  • Works directly with candidates, recruiters and payroll to collect timesheets and resolve payroll issues
  • Prepares candidates’ Direct Deposit and paperwork for proper pay
  • Obtains compliance for candidates to ensure current credentials are present throughout the duration of the assignment
  • Prepares files for Sales team as needed for reverse marketing
  • Sets up and renews continuing education for working candidates
  • Performs additional duties as requested by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in medical setting, staffing, medical sales, or hospital environments, preferred
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with an ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates ability to work in fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and time-management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to extrapolate from written procedures and policies
  • Ability to analyze, think outside the box, and resolve work problems
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Must have use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
  • Must have manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
