Job Description

Recruiting & Credentialing Specialist providing onboarding and personnel security support for federal government contracts. Identifying qualified candidates and managing credentialing processes within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides recruiting, onboarding, and personnel security support for Anovaeon's federal government contracts and corporate operations
  • Identifying and recruiting qualified candidates
  • Coordinating hiring activities
  • Managing credentialing and background investigation processes
  • Preparing and submitting background investigation packages
  • Assisting candidates with completion of government security forms and eAPP submissions
  • Tracking clearance progress
  • Obtaining required onboarding documentation
  • Ensuring personnel meet all contractual and regulatory requirements prior to deployment
  • Maintaining positive candidate experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Criminal Justice or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 year experience in recruiting, credentialing, onboarding, or personnel administration
  • Experience supporting federal government contracts strongly preferred
  • Experience processing security clearances, public trust investigations, or background investigations preferred
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, government contracting, or regulated industries is highly desirable
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
