Job Description
Recruiting & Credentialing Specialist providing onboarding and personnel security support for federal government contracts. Identifying qualified candidates and managing credentialing processes within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provides recruiting, onboarding, and personnel security support for Anovaeon's federal government contracts and corporate operations
- Identifying and recruiting qualified candidates
- Coordinating hiring activities
- Managing credentialing and background investigation processes
- Preparing and submitting background investigation packages
- Assisting candidates with completion of government security forms and eAPP submissions
- Tracking clearance progress
- Obtaining required onboarding documentation
- Ensuring personnel meet all contractual and regulatory requirements prior to deployment
- Maintaining positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Criminal Justice or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 year experience in recruiting, credentialing, onboarding, or personnel administration
- Experience supporting federal government contracts strongly preferred
- Experience processing security clearances, public trust investigations, or background investigations preferred
- Experience in healthcare staffing, government contracting, or regulated industries is highly desirable
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
