Job Description
Recruiting Coordinator Consultant providing administrative support to Recruiting Team and managing candidate information, tracking systems, and recruitment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting Team
- Database administration and research to target organizations
- ATS maintenance
- Input test results
- Candidate follow-up
- Coordinate recruiting team communications
- Invoicing coordination
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- 1+ years relevant administrative, human resource or recruitment process experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- Internet experience including job boards, job posting and networking
- Ability to build effective relationships with recruiting team and candidates
- Strong customer orientation
- Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking
- PC Proficiency in MS Office
