Job Description
Recruiting Partner working with Corvi Technologies to source and submit candidates for skilled trade roles. Focusing on recruiting while the team handles client relationships and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates within 48 hours of receiving a job order.
- Focus on finding the right candidates while the team handles all client relationships and business development.
Requirements:
- Prior experience placing candidates with US employers is required.
- You must understand US hiring norms, regional salary ranges, and employment eligibility requirements.
- Active access to sourcing tools such as Indeed Resume, LinkedIn Recruiter, or ZipRecruiter is expected.
- Availability during US business hours for at least part of your working day is necessary to reach candidates effectively.
