Job Description

Regional liaison advancing Zoetis veterinary partnerships across Georgia and Florida. Driving sales strategy, partner performance, and adoption of Zoetis Petcare brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic liaison to regional leaders of key veterinary corporate partners
  • Execute strategic and tactical plans developed by commercial, marketing, medical, and partner leadership
  • Advance partnerships between Zoetis brands and Petcare corporate partners
  • Enhance lead management and enrichment in the U.S. region
  • Understand corporate practice KPIs, market research, data analysis, metrics, sales objectives, industry trends, sales training content, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Account Managers, and Professional Service Veterinarians on marketing and partner programs
  • Advocate for corporate partners while championing Zoetis Petcare and driving adoption of Zoetis brands
  • Drive regional partner performance across multiple teams
  • Make real-time decisions and present and facilitate with large and small audiences
  • Lead near-term and long-term strategies for profitable growth
  • Build relationships with sales, commercial, medical, veterinary, and customer marketing teams
  • Elevate customer programs and communication upstream and downstream
  • Drive mutually aligned priorities, projects, and sales
  • Travel at least 50% within the region, with potential weekend work, national company meetings, and conferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 7+ years of proven accomplishments, including successful sales management and strategy execution experience
  • Proven track record managing partnerships, budgets, project management, and sales processes
  • Experience in sales management and leading teams
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership
  • Strong organizational and project leadership skills
  • Understanding of negotiation, selling skills, conflict resolution, and financial acumen in veterinary corporate practices
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and ability to learn Zoetis systems
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, business acumen, and attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to travel 50% of the time and work some evenings and overnights as required
