Job Description

Regional Leasing Consultant responsible for managing prospect leads and conducting property tours. Must have knowledge of the local market and achieve leasing targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage prospect leads and conduct virtual property tours.
  • Achieve leasing targets and prioritize tasks using CRM software.
  • Build rapport with prospects and convert appointments to tours.
  • Ensure seamless experience with on-site associates.
  • Engage in prospect communication based on specified preferences.
  • Conduct purposeful and conversion-focused phone calls to secure appointments.
  • Educate and promote benefits of becoming a Windsor Resident.
  • Conduct quarterly competitor shopping and property tours.
  • Ensure proper execution of all leasing-related programs and technologies.

Requirements:

  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working in a multifamily environment and/or property management operations.
  • Knowledge of Funnel CRM preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 required.
  • Transferable apartment industry sales related experience preferred.
