Job Description
Regional Sales Director at Trustmark increasing new business sales through partnerships with benefit distributors. Managing relationships and utilizing Salesforce for reporting and sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Increase new business sales through partnerships with major worksite and voluntary benefit distributors
- Learn health care trends and product information
- Manage target account lists and pipeline management
- Follow a comprehensive sales process including marketing programs and presentations
- Manage both external and internal stakeholders throughout the sales process
- Monitor and report on competition
- Utilize Salesforce.com for activity reporting and metrics
Requirements:
- 5 years of Voluntary product sales or equivalent work experience
- Consultative sales experience required
- Experience generating and analyzing reports to enhance sales or customer experience
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make good decisions
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Interpersonal effectiveness with proven ability to establish/maintain relationships
- Capable of operating the complete MS Office Suite
