Job Description

Regional Sales Lead managing and expanding strategic relationships within the architectural sector for Valmont's engineered façade systems. Driving sales performance and market share across various segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributing directly to sustainable business growth by strengthening Valmont's position as the trusted partner for architectural metal façades
  • Deepening long-term A&D and contractor relationships
  • Ensuring our solutions deliver measurable design, performance, and lifecycle value

Requirements:

  • Leading, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with architects, designers, owners, developers, general contractors, glazing contractors, and façade consultants
  • Driving specification and sales of Valmont Facades' engineered façade systems
  • Owning regional sales performance and developing strategic territory plans
  • Achieving sales and profitability targets and growing market share across commercial, institutional, transportation, and mixed-use building segments
