Job Description

Sales Manager driving new business for VMRay, a cybersecurity company. Focusing on relationship building at the CISO & Senior SOC level in diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals to continue our explosive growth
  • Communicate VMRay’s value proposition & build relationships with key decision-makers at CISO & Senior SOC level across various industries
  • Identify all of the main stakeholders within prospect organisations, creating a matrix coverage plan for each account
  • Prospecting, technical presentation and demonstrations
  • Keep track of progress in Salesforce.com and maintain sales metrics
  • Attend prospect meetings, industry functions, association events and conferences with the ability to travel a minimum of 30-40% of the time
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Use in-depth knowledge of the market and competitors to emphasise our unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • A demonstrated ability to close

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful experience in direct SaaS software sales, preferably with cyber security experience
  • Expertise in managing sales opportunities from prospect to closure
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Fluent in English & German
  • Understanding of cloud computing, cyber security and threat detection
  • Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Outreach and ZoomInfo experience
