Job Description
Regional Sales Manager driving premium wine sales, distribution, and market share for Treasury Wine Estates. Leading distributor partnerships and a regional field sales team across four states.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals
- Deliver sales, distribution, depletion, and market share goals throughout the assigned region
- Build relationships with distributor leadership, distributor sales teams, and key trade accounts
- Develop and execute market plans focused on high-impact opportunities
- Drive distributor performance in distribution, pricing, promotional activity, and execution standards
- Lead market activations, wine dinners, trainings, and customer events
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend action plans
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in wine, beverage alcohol, or consumer packaged goods
- Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a field sales team
- Strong understanding of the U.S. three-tier system and distributor management
- Strong commercial acumen
- Ability to build credibility and influence distributor partners, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to use data and market insights to identify opportunities and drive business growth
- Confident communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region
