Job Description

Regional Sales Manager responsible for managing accounts and maximizing sales opportunities for Oshkosh's specialty trucks. Engaging key customer representatives and delivering presentations within the Southeast region.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers determining equipment needs and soliciting sales.
  • Participate in industry trade shows.
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
  • Communicate market needs and trends to senior management.
  • Provide customer service to existing customer base.
  • Conduct sales forecasting activities and determine sales objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate activities of the competition.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordinator with sale representatives.
  • Consistently manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with five (5) or more years of sales experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to travel 75% within the Midwest territory
