Job Description
Sector Manager overseeing Water & Power end market in Germany. Driving growth and shaping strategy for critical infrastructure in a global engineering leader.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and exceed W&P sector sales targets
- Lead account development and drive long-term growth
- Own sector P&L and ensure profitable performance
- Coach and develop sales teams to deepen customer penetration
- Provide market intelligence and support product roadmap development
- Ensure accurate forecasting and strong channel performance
- Lead W&P-focused campaigns, events, and new product introductions
- Collaborate across Engineering, Operations, Strategy, and Services
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- Senior sales experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (7+ years)
- Proven track record of commercial success
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed, fast-changing environment
- Integrity, cultural awareness, and entrepreneurial thinking
