Job Description

Remarketing Support Coordinator managing vehicle documentation and assist with dealer interactions for Volkswagen Financial Services. Support lease buyouts and notary tasks in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the NAR Remarketing team administration and documentation related activities
  • Manage receipt, storage, sign-off and delivery of remarketing titles
  • Manage Power of Attorney for physical auctions and Dealer Service Loaner packages
  • Facilitate notary activities to support the remarketing sales
  • Process annual in-transit plate renewals
  • Work with local DMV as needed
  • Manage Dealer Service Loaner insurance claim documents
  • Assist with lease buyout audits
  • Perform outbound calls to dealers to obtain necessary documents

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years wholesale automotive or related automotive finance experience
  • 1-3 years customer or dealer contact experience
  • Required Education: High School Diploma
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Access & Outlook
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to execute and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
