Job Description
Retail operations coordinator supporting Framebridge’s nationwide custom-framing stores. Managing systems, logistics, reporting, compliance, and store process documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor store and district compliance across KPI measures, customer satisfaction, and productivity standards
- Use data to surface trends, flag risks, and identify improvement opportunities
- Administer and serve as subject matter expert for proprietary and vendor-supported store systems
- Liaise between stores and HQ through direct messages, Slack, email, and surveys
- Monitor task and compliance completion and generate recurring reports
- Share reporting results with field leadership
- Support store shuttle schedules, supply needs, procurement, and physical inventory movement with factory logistics teams
- Execute store hours updates, monthly operational trackers, and recurring workflows
- Assist with creating and maintaining Store Policies and Procedures
- Report to the Director, Retail Processes and Operations
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of retail experience
- Live in a market where you are local to a store location
- Analytical and data-driven, with curiosity about performance trends and process improvement
- Strong understanding of how systems work and intersect
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented mindset focused on accuracy and quality
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as part of a team
