Job Description
Responsible for retaining Comcast Business customers through empathy and resolution of issues, contacting clients at key churn points to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support Comcast Business Services to retain existing customers
- Use active listening and empathy to resolve customer issues
- Communicate with various departments to rectify customer issues
- Offer product bundles and price points to minimize churn
- Contact clients at high propensity churn points
- Meet or exceed retention goals for all product lines
- Collaborate on customer satisfaction campaigns and initiatives
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2-5 Years relevant work experience
- Billing Tools
- Inbound/Outbound Call Center Proficiency
- MS Suite Proficiency
- MS Teams Proficiency
- MS Outlook Proficiency
- Sales - Customer Accounts required
