Job Description
Roofing Crew Member assisting with installation and maintenance of roofing sealant systems at EverSeal Roofing. Working in a team to ensure quality and safety standards on job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with installation of roofing sealant and coating systems
- Prepare roof surfaces by cleaning, drying, and setting up materials
- Apply coatings and sealants according to company and manufacturer standards
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow all company and OSHA safety policies
- Communicate jobsite issues or concerns to leadership
Requirements:
- Construction, roofing, or trade experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn roofing sealant systems and jobsite procedures
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Valid driver’s license preferred
