Job Description

RVP leading East Coast enterprise sales for Spacelift’s infrastructure orchestration platform. Coaching Account Executives, driving MEDDPICC execution, pipeline growth, and partner-sourced revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the Eastern U.S.
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance
  • Ramp new Account Executives through structured coaching, deal strategy, and career development
  • Drive execution of the MEDDPICC sales methodology across the sales cycle
  • Conduct pipeline, forecast, and deal reviews to improve forecast accuracy and win rates
  • Partner with SDRs to establish repeatable outbound pipeline generation
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with channel partners, cloud providers, and regional systems integrators
  • Engage in strategic customer opportunities, executive meetings, and complex negotiations
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain enterprise sales talent
  • Develop a high-performing East sales team and strengthen the leadership bench
  • Improve forecast accuracy, MEDDPICC adoption, outbound pipeline generation, sales productivity, and partner-sourced revenue
  • Deliver and exceed regional bookings targets

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of frontline SaaS sales leadership experience managing Enterprise Account Executives
  • Track record of consistently exceeding regional revenue targets
  • Experience successfully leading teams in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
  • Deep knowledge and practical application of the MEDDPICC sales methodology
  • Demonstrated success in building outbound pipeline generation alongside SDR teams
  • Experience developing and executing channel sales strategies with partners such as AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, VARs, or regional systems integrators
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and operational discipline
  • Excellent executive communication and coaching skills
  • Be based on the East Coast, US
  • Experience selling enterprise infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, or developer-focused SaaS solutions
  • Experience working with cloud marketplaces and strategic technology partners
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools, including Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience leading geographically distributed sales teams
