Job Description

Regional Vice President leading APAC Account Executives and revenue growth. Expanding Instructure’s global Education Technology SaaS business across Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, and neighboring markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional sales execution across APAC
  • Manage Account Executives to deliver ambitious growth targets
  • Build a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
  • Translate Instructure’s global strategy into localized wins across APAC markets, especially Japan, Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Lead, coach, and motivate Account Executives
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent
  • Forecast regional sales performance and provide pipeline updates to senior leadership
  • Maintain relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise sales agreements
  • Represent Instructure at industry events, conferences, and senior customer engagements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth
  • Experience developing and implementing successful regional sales strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Understanding of the educational technology landscape and challenges faced by educational institutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and sales analytics tools
  • Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision-making approach
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the EMEA region
