Job Description
Sales Analyst supporting FPGA sales operations, revenue forecasting, and data analysis. Coordinating orders and cross-functional planning from Beijing on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Support the lead-to-order process, including handling customer requests and inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Prepare and maintain revenue forecasts
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources
- Conduct basic analysis to support sales and business planning
- Provide regular forecast reports and updates to management
- Perform data management and business analysis
- Clean, organize, and validate data for accuracy and completeness
- Produce simple dashboards or reports to support decision-making
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on demand, orders, and revenue outlook
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of related working experience
- People skills, including teamwork, conciseness, and working independently
- Good business acumen
- Effective communication skills with the ability to adapt style and content appropriately for the audience
- Understanding of FPGA sales process is an advantage
