Job Description
Part-time Sales Assistant serving customers and driving sales at Sports Direct, the UK's No.1 sports retailer. Maintaining store standards, processing transactions, and supporting daily trading goals.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, answer questions, and help them find the right product
- Deliver brilliant service at every touchpoint, from the door to the till
- Keep the shop floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually on point
- Replenish shelves and rails
- Process transactions quickly and accurately
- Promote current offers and identify upsell opportunities
- Work as one team to hit daily sales and service goals
Requirements:
- Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Motivation to deliver results and take real pride in your work
- Flexibility and reliability, especially through peak trade
- A team-player mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-first mindset
