Job Description
Sales Assistant managing CRM and client communications for The SilverLogic. Organizing sales workflows and supporting meeting preparations and follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Diligently update and maintain the HubSpot CRM and sales pipeline to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
- Establish and manage internal and client-facing reminders and follow-ups to maintain consistent engagement.
- Provide comprehensive support for meetings and events, including preparation, professional introductions, and post-event follow-ups.
- Conduct thorough research on clients and events, managing all necessary signups and bookings.
- Oversee complex calendar management, scheduling requirements, and logistical arrangements.
- Efficiently organize email inboxes, draft professional replies, send timely follow-ups, and proactively identify missed opportunities.
- Pre-draft high-quality emails for review by the sales team to streamline communication workflows.
- Assist in the strategic preparation and creation of impactful sales presentations.
Requirements:
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills are required, including polished client correspondence and professional communication with US-based stakeholders.
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive in identifying missed opportunities and managing sales workflows.
- Previous experience with CRM systems, with a strong preference for HubSpot CRM management and pipeline maintenance.
- Proficient in handling complex inbox triage, calendar management, and conducting thorough strategic research.
- Extremely detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to internal and client-facing follow-up coordination.
