Job Description

Sales Assistant supporting marketing and sales functions, overseeing campaigns and managing accounts receivables. Acting as a point of contact for clients and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting
  • Prepare and manage insertion orders to ensure that campaign details and client requirements are clearly outlined
  • Gather and organize all required assets for digital campaigns
  • Assist with periodic invoicing and tracking of payments
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and the advertising director
  • Create B2B emails to customers and prospects alerting them of new research, products and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an outgoing personality
  • Persistent with the ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment under deadlines
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of GSuite products, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva products
  • Knowledge of digital media and metrics is a plus
