Job Description
Provide administrative support to sales team during busy periods at CRC Benefits. Remote role focused on organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with virtual teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team
- Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel
- Supporting quoting team with proposal creation
- Entering customer information into our systems
- Directing calls or responding to inquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Working on projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Group health insurance experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
