Job Description

Provide administrative support to sales team during busy periods at CRC Benefits. Remote role focused on organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with virtual teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team
  • Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel
  • Supporting quoting team with proposal creation
  • Entering customer information into our systems
  • Directing calls or responding to inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Working on projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Group health insurance experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
