Job Description
Administrative Assistant providing clerical support to sales team at CRC Benefits. Handling spreadsheeting, customer information entry, and scheduling in a remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to a sales team
- Assist with spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel
- Support quoting team with proposal creation
- Enter customer information into systems
- Direct calls or respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments
- Work on projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Group health insurance experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
