Job Description

Administrative Assistant providing clerical support to sales team at CRC Benefits. Handling spreadsheeting, customer information entry, and scheduling in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to a sales team
  • Assist with spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel
  • Support quoting team with proposal creation
  • Enter customer information into systems
  • Direct calls or respond to inquiries
  • Schedule appointments
  • Work on projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Group health insurance experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
