Job Description
Sales Associate role at Point C supporting new business growth in the Northeast. Focused on strengthening broker relationships and driving pipeline development in healthcare/TPA space.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Northeast Regional Sales Director in executing strategies to achieve new business and revenue targets
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with benefit consultants, brokers, producers, and general agents across the region
- Identify and help cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and broker engagement
- Partner with the Sales Director on broker meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage prospect submissions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline tracking
- Support the development of regional sales strategies, market insights, and territory planning efforts
- Provide ongoing updates on pipeline activity, broker engagement, and regional performance
- Eligible for incentive compensation tied to monthly and annual sales performance aligned with the Northeast Regional Sales Director
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–4+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development preferred
- Exposure to the health insurance, benefits, or third-party administration (TPA) space is a plus
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with interest in developing a consultative sales approach
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high integrity, and motivation to grow within a sales career path
- Travel requirement of approximately 25–50% within the Northeast region
