Job Description

Sales Director driving revenue growth through data-informed strategies and proactive selling for Neptune Retail Solutions. Collaborating with teams to enhance performance and develop integrated marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end revenue generation across Digital Incentives, In-Store Media, and DGMN Collaboration by building and converting a proactive, data-informed pipeline.
  • Leverage Analytics support to uncover opportunities using Neptune Advanced Analytics tools and 1010 POS data, translating insights into actionable selling strategies and accurate forecasting across DI and ISM solutions.
  • Lead whitespace growth by aligning to key retailer initiatives and Neptune’s commercial objectives—driving incremental revenue through increased shopper engagement, higher trip frequency, larger basket sizes, and expansion across underpenetrated categories, brands, and manufacturer relationships.
  • Champion a data-driven, consultative narrative that clearly demonstrates how Digital Incentives and In-Store Media drive incremental outcomes.
  • Partner closely with DGMN Sales colleagues to develop and commercialize integrated marketing programs that connect digital media, in-store activation, and incentives—backed by closed-loop measurement to validate performance and scale investment.

Requirements:

  • Proven quota-carrying senior seller (CPG, retail media, shopper marketing preferred)
  • Strong track record of pipeline generation and deal closure
  • Selling with data – challenger seller
  • Comfortable selling complex, multi-product solutions
  • Senior presence with ability to influence brand and agency stakeholders
  • Highly proactive, competitive, and results-driven
  • Secures multiple in person sales calls monthly to drive new business outcomes
