Job Description
Sales Enablement Manager at Achieve Test Prep. Empowering sales teams with training programs and resources for success.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance sales performance
- Develop and manage sales content, playbooks, and collateral
- Optimize CRM tools and sales technologies for efficiency and effectiveness
- Refine sales processes to improve conversion rates
- Analyze performance data to identify strengths and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and strategy
- Oversee recruitment efforts by placing job ads, reviewing applicants, and coordinating interviews
- Conduct a structured training program for new sales representatives
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales training, process optimization, and enablement strategies
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passionate about enabling teams to perform at their best
- Strong understanding of sales processes.
