Job Description

Sales Enablement Manager at Achieve Test Prep. Empowering sales teams with training programs and resources for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement training programs to enhance sales performance
  • Develop and manage sales content, playbooks, and collateral
  • Optimize CRM tools and sales technologies for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Refine sales processes to improve conversion rates
  • Analyze performance data to identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and strategy
  • Oversee recruitment efforts by placing job ads, reviewing applicants, and coordinating interviews
  • Conduct a structured training program for new sales representatives

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales training, process optimization, and enablement strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passionate about enabling teams to perform at their best
  • Strong understanding of sales processes.
