Job Description

Sales Manager driving Insightec’s MRgFUS capital-equipment sales and hospital adoption across France. Building strategic accounts, closing complex deals, and managing distributor and clinical partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive capital equipment sales and treatment adoption of Insightec’s MR-guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS) platforms across the assigned territory
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets for capital orders, treatments, and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan aligned with corporate and marketing priorities
  • Identify key academic and high-potential community hospitals
  • Lead sales presentations and business case discussions with clinical and executive stakeholders
  • Build and present economic value propositions covering capex, reimbursement, downstream revenue, and program development costs
  • Lead efforts with the distributor in Italy to achieve annual objectives
  • Collaborate with Clinical Account Managers and Clinical Applications Specialists on site activation, program ramp-up, and utilization growth
  • Coordinate field activities with GE Healthcare, Siemens Healthineers, and Philips Healthcare
  • Represent Insightec at congresses, workshops, and regional events
  • Maintain pipeline, forecast, and activity reporting using the company CRM, such as Salesforce
  • Monitor competitive activity and healthcare market dynamics
  • Provide feedback to Marketing, Product Management, and Leadership
  • Ensure compliance with Insightec’s Quality Policy, applicable regulations, ethics, promotion, and data privacy guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry
  • Strong track record in high-value capital equipment (≥1M€) sales to hospitals and academic centers
  • Proven success closing complex multi-stakeholder deals in Neurosurgery, Neurology, Radiology and/or advanced Imaging / OR solutions
  • Proven success in managing distributors leaders in the market
  • Proven experience in C-suite and G-level management
  • Ability to build and manage a robust funnel from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Strong network with hospital decision-makers and KOLs in the region is a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English and the local language
  • High level of communication, autonomy, strategic thinking, and resilience
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the territory
  • Passion for disruptive medical technology and improving patient outcomes
  • Strong customer focus and solution-oriented mindset
  • Team player with high integrity, able to work cross-functionally and in a matrix environment
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Based in France
  • Willingness to extensive travel (60%)
