Job Description
Sales Manager berät Kund*innen telefonisch und schriftlich im Online-Kreditvergleich von FINANZCHECK.de. Begleitung vom Erstkontakt bis zum Kreditvertragsabschluss ohne Kaltakquise.
Responsibilities:
- Advise customers by phone and in writing on online loan comparison
- Guide customers from the initial contact through to contract completion
- Conduct needs analyses and identify the most suitable loan offers
- Support customers in achieving their financial goals
- Use modern communication tools and digital contract-signing options
- Gain expertise in loan consulting and sales through comprehensive onboarding
- Receive coaching and support from the experienced sales team
Requirements:
- Initial experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, telesales, or retail
- Open and professional telephone communication skills
- Highly reliable and committed approach to work
- Motivation for professional development
- Fluent German, both spoken and written
- Ideally, a completed commercial apprenticeship or business qualification
