Job Description
Remote commission-based Sales Partner promoting Youngally.in’s fashion, lifestyle, and everyday-use products. Generating customers and sales across India through networks, social media, referrals, and communities.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Youngally.in and its products through personal and professional networks
- Generate new customers and sales through WhatsApp, social media, referrals, communities and other suitable channels
- Share product information, offers and website links with prospective customers
- Build a personal customer base and encourage repeat purchases
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist them in completing purchases
- Work independently towards monthly sales targets
- Sell products across fashion, lifestyle and everyday-use categories for men, women and children
- Attribute eligible net realized sales to the respective Sales Partner for commission calculation
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not mandatory
- Ability to promote products through personal and professional networks
- Ability to generate customers and sales through WhatsApp, social media, referrals, communities and other suitable channels
- Ability to communicate product information, offers and website links to prospective customers
- Ability to build a customer base and encourage repeat purchases
- Ability to follow up with prospective customers and assist with completing purchases
- Ability to work independently towards monthly sales targets
- Suitable for sales and business development professionals, homemakers, college students and graduates, freelancers, social media users, community/network sellers, and individuals with strong networks
- Confidence communicating with customers and generating sales
