Job Description
Sales Representative developing customer relationships and distributor sales for Stanley Black & Decker’s global tool brands. Supporting product merchandising, promotions, and market growth in Sofia.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop positive customer relationships through consultative sales practices
- Establish retention and growth plans for assigned customers in the sales territory
- Communicate with the office team to ensure outstanding customer support
- Develop technical expertise in strategic products and product lines
- Provide market information and feedback
- Participate in merchandising implementation with Team Leader, customers, and Marketing
- Control distributor activities, including store order levels, product availability, and service levels
- Prepare and submit commercial offers
- Promote products through product presentations and product trainings
- Implement established sales plans and customer-related tasks
- Cooperate and coordinate activities with distributors’ representatives
