Job Description
Vertriebsmitarbeiter für Klima-, Kälte- und Lüftungstechnik bei TSG. Neukunden gewinnen, technische Anlagenkonzepte entwickeln und Geschäftsfelder in Deutschland aus dem Homeoffice ausbauen.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new market opportunities and acquire new customers
- Manage and actively develop existing customer relationships
- Advise customers on technical solutions in HVAC and refrigeration technology
- Develop demand-oriented system concepts
- Handle customer inquiries independently
- Prepare quotations and follow them through to successful contract completion
- Targeted marketing of technical systems, components, and services
- Support projects from the initial inquiry through to order placement
- Regularly report sales activities, market potential, and business developments to the sales management team
Requirements:
- Professional experience in refrigeration, HVAC, and/or chilled-water systems
- Several years of sales experience in a technical environment is essential
- Strong negotiation skills
- Enjoyment of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- High level of self-motivation
- Independent and goal-oriented approach to work
- Class B driver's license
- Willingness to travel nationally for business
