Job Description
3M Sales Rep achieving sales objectives and covering assigned accounts or territories. Entry-level role under close supervision with escalation to experienced sales leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve specific sales objectives
- Provide sales coverage of assigned accounts or assigned territory
- Perform entry-level sales work under close supervision
- Refer issues not covered by instructions or procedures to a seasoned sales representative or area sales manager
- Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety culture
Requirements:
- New to sales or entry-level sales experience
- Demonstrated aptitude for selling
- Must provide education and work history by uploading a resume or entering the information into the application fields
- Must follow safety policies, identify hazards, and engage in continuous improvement
