Job Description
Sales Representative for Autohero helping customers with online car purchases. Involves phone and email support without cold calling, ensuring smooth purchase process and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support private prospective buyers by phone and email (no video calls)
- Use strong negotiation skills to achieve sales
- Guide customers through the entire purchase process: from initial inquiry to successful completion
- Sell add-on services such as extended warranties, financing and other offers through cross-selling and upselling
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or telesales is an advantage but not required
- High self-motivation and enthusiasm for reaching targets and closing deals
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written – additional languages are a plus
