Job Description

Sales Representative growing Trackman’s 3D golf-tracking technology sales across Greater London. Developing prospects, demonstrating products, closing deals, and supporting customer launches.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales in the Greater London region
  • Proactively prospect, identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop opportunities within Trackman Pro, Trackman Range, and Trackman Indoor golf markets
  • Conduct product demonstrations for golf courses, teaching professionals, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, indoor facilities, entrepreneurs, and other golf client segments
  • Prepare proposals, manage pipelines, and close deals
  • Own territory pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
  • Grow and develop the existing customer base through additional products, upgrades, and solutions
  • Build the operator community through events and workshops
  • Support new customers with training, education, and first-level technical support
  • Assist customers in planning and executing successful launches for indoor golf centres
  • Represent customer needs in internal meetings with senior leaders and product owners
  • Work with the Booking & Payments team to shape player scheduling, payment, and play across the Trackman ecosystem
  • Test products and provide feedback to software and hardware development teams
  • Develop and continuously improve territory sales strategies
  • Help drive sales and ensure new and existing Trackman owners successfully use and leverage Trackman products
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Director, fellow Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, customers, and Trackman headquarters personnel

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English language
  • Professional golfer, PGA qualification or strong amateur golf background preferable
  • Home/Office in Greater London (or a surrounding County with easy travel access to London)
  • Previous experience in sales or support; ideally in golf or a sports related business
  • Proven ability to develop opportunities and close business
  • An existing network within golf, hospitality, leisure or related industries would be advantageous
  • Relevant qualification in sports, technology, business or marketing
  • Driver's License and access to own vehicle (expenses paid)
  • Hands-on, self-driven, opportunity-seeking, respected and responsible person
  • Strong growth ambitions and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as a team player
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisation and CRM discipline with the ability to manage and forecast a healthy sales pipeline
  • Ability to analyse problems and provide well thought through solutions
  • Willingness to work out of hours on weekends and evenings when necessary
  • Field-based role, with approximately 70%-75% of time spent in region meeting customers and prospects on site
  • Occasional European travel
  • Self-employed, contractor role
