Job Description
Vertriebsmitarbeiter berät Kund*innen von FINANZCHECK, Deutschlands Online-Kreditvergleich, zu Konsumentenkrediten. Begleitung vom Erstkontakt bis zum digitalen Vertragsabschluss ohne Kaltakquise.
Responsibilities:
- Advise customers by phone and in writing on consumer loans
- Support customers from initial contact through contract completion
- Conduct needs analyses and identify the most suitable loan offers
- Help customers achieve their personal goals
- Work without cold calling, as customers have actively submitted their details
- Use partners’ modern communication tools and digital contract-signing options
- Develop into a sales professional through onboarding, coaching, and ongoing support
Requirements:
- Initial experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, telesales, or retail
- Open and professional telephone communication skills
- Highly reliable and committed approach to work
- Motivation to develop professionally
- Fluent German, both written and spoken
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification preferred
- Resident anywhere in Germany; hybrid work model applies in Berlin or Hamburg
