Job Description
Biopharma Sales Specialist promoting Grifols products to clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. Building specialist networks and driving sales across the Berlin, Rostock, Lüneburg, and Schwerin region.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling and promoting Grifols products within an assigned territory to clinics, pharmacies, and physicians.
- Increase the adoption of Grifols products and services among selected physicians and nursing staff in hematology, gastroenterology, oncology, immunology, neurology, and pediatrics.
- Provide services, information, and product training.
- Implement communication concepts and sales strategies in line with the existing marketing strategy.
- Build a network of specialist centers, hospitals, office-based physicians, and pharmacists.
- Develop long-term customer relationships by introducing customer loyalty programs.
- Plan and conduct continuing education events and training sessions for physicians, nursing staff, and pharmacists.
- Present Grifols and its products at regional and national congresses.
- Ensure continuous reporting, documentation, and capture of relevant information in sales-support systems.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis, including potential assessment, and develop strategic objectives and activities.
- Communicate relevant market information regarding product development, indications, market trends, and competitors to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Qualification as a pharmaceutical representative in accordance with Section 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG).
- Scientific background, such as medicine, biology, or chemistry; preferred.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the office-based healthcare and hospital markets.
- Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of CRM systems and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Presentation skills for group presentations.
- Professional use of audio-visual equipment.
- Good command of English; preferred.
