Job Description

Sales Specialist improving sales cycle efficiency for Ascension Business Solutions LLC. Managing qualified opportunities and conducting demos to convert leads into signed agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery calls and sales demos with prospective clients
  • Present ABS services clearly and confidently based on client needs
  • Customize conversations and walkthroughs to align with the prospect’s goals, challenges, and operational needs
  • Ensure prospects fully understand the value, process, and expected outcomes of working with ABS
  • Manage sales opportunities from demo stage through signed agreement
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently to help prospects move forward
  • Follow up consistently and strategically with warm leads and active opportunities
  • Create urgency while maintaining a consultative and client-centered sales approach
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in GHL or designated CRM
  • Track all prospect interactions, follow-ups, deal stages, and next steps
  • Meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets
  • Maintain strong conversion rates from demo to signed agreement
  • Deliver a high-quality and professional experience throughout the sales journey
  • Build trust and rapport with prospective clients through clear and effective communication
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate closely with Sales Manager and Sales Assistant Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong confidence in conducting demos and closing deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and guide prospects through the decision-making process
  • Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management skills
  • Experience using CRM systems such as GHL is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
