Job Description
Pessoa Supervisora de Vendas otimizando leads, chats e KPIs para a Contajá, plataforma brasileira de serviços financeiros e contábeis. Priorização de oportunidades e apoio ao time comercial.
Responsibilities:
- Manage communication channels and chat platforms
- Supervise and organize all chat interactions, including WhatsApp and other platforms, ensuring prompt, efficient responses aligned with commercial strategies
- Identify the best sales opportunities by analyzing lead profile, urgency, closing potential, and deal value
- Prioritize and assign opportunities to the most suitable sales representatives
- Monitor and analyze conversion rates, average handling time, response SLAs, and individual sales representative performance
- Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and support strategic decision-making for the sales team
- Provide operational and strategic support to sales representatives, promoting customer service best practices and organizing the chat queue
Requirements:
- Experience with sales metrics, KPIs, and commercial data analysis
- Basic knowledge of accounting or accounting services
- Experience providing customer service through digital channels (WhatsApp, chat, omnichannel platforms)
- Advanced experience in lead qualification, prioritization, and distribution
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Previous team management experience
- Experience with CRM and sales tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Preferred: experience with sales at accounting firms
