Job Description
Salesforce Developer owning architecture, integrations, and platform quality for JumpCloud’s AI-powered unified IT management platform. Supporting Salesforce, MuleSoft, and NetSuite enterprise finance systems.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to design discussions and implement specifications for components, interfaces, and services spanning Salesforce, MuleSoft, and NetSuite
- Contribute to features and modules for projects involving multiple enterprise systems and complex integrations
- Balance delivery speed and feature completeness when making project tradeoffs
- Develop clean, scalable, robust, and maintainable Salesforce code
- Design innovative solutions for high-volume data migration and synchronization problems
- Provide guidance for Finance workflows involving NetSuite and B2B SaaS finance operations
- Champion quality through comprehensive unit testing across internal systems
- Lead investigation and debugging of unexpected cross-system behavior
- Use AI-powered tools to generate and optimize code, assist code reviews, and automate documentation
- Create automated tasks, ensure data quality, develop preemptive interventions, and prepare CRM delivery for changing requirements
- Collaborate asynchronously across a globally distributed Enterprise Systems Engineering team
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Global Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance
Requirements:
- Must be located in and authorized to work in India
- Fluent spoken and written English
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Deep understanding of Salesforce, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative automation tools
- Understanding of Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and their interdependencies, especially in B2B SaaS finance operations
- Ability to work with MuleSoft or other middleware
- Experience leading debugging of complex cross-system behavior
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive ownership mindset
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Permission Sets, and Profiles is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Inspector or Developer Console is preferred
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce CPQ is preferred
- Understanding of Salesforce’s Spring, Summer, and Winter release cycle is preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, Salesforce reporting, Data Import, and Postman is preferred
