Job Description
Salesforce Developer building and deploying Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow solutions. Integrating REST APIs and collaborating within agile Service Cloud, Pricing, or Finance pods.
Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative tools
- Partner with Business Analysts and Admins to translate requirements into functionality
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as an agile team member
- Write clean, tested, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs with QA and other developers
- Design and integrate REST APIs connecting Salesforce with other systems
- Contribute to architecture, technical approach, and best-practice discussions
- Support release and deployment activities
- Work within a core business pod such as Service Cloud, Pricing, or Finance
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen or GC holder with the ability to be hired as an FTE without sponsorships
- Experience building on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows
- Comfort working with SOQL, SOSL, and DML
- Experience with version control (Git) and standard development tooling
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or similar) are a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills when collaborating with non-technical teammates
- Ability and interest in collaborative, peer-to-peer team work
- Curiosity and a builder mindset
