Job Description
SAP data migration manager leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for enterprise clients. Managing BODS-driven migrations, governance, data quality, and cross-functional delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data migration activities for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
- Manage data migration teams across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and development teams
- Ensure successful delivery of migration objectives throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- 10+ years of SAP Data Migration experience
- Extensive experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS)
- Hands-on experience with SAP Information Steward
- Proven experience leading SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migration programs
- Strong knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, LSMW, IDOCs, BAPIs, and ETL processes
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business, functional, and technical streams
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- SAP Information Steward experience
