Job Description
SAP Industry Solution Advisor für diskrete Fertigung bei GAMBIT, einer SAP-Unternehmensberatung. Entwicklung von Presales-Lösungen für Automotive, Manufacturing, High Tech und Defense.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customers’ business and process challenges in discrete manufacturing
- Derive suitable SAP solution approaches
- Conduct discussions with business and IT decision-makers
- Translate requirements into compelling SAP solution visions
- Develop presales storylines, presentations, and solution scenarios with consulting teams
- Shape customer meetings, workshops, and proposal phases
- Support customers in the Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, High Tech, and Defense sectors
- Demonstrate how SAP S/4HANA and digital technologies support production and supply chain processes
- Take responsibility in complex sales and transformation situations
- Contribute market, industry, and customer insights
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of discrete manufacturing processes and the requirements of manufacturing companies
- Experience in at least one focus industry: Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, High Tech, or Defense
- Solid SAP experience gained in consulting or within an industrial company
- Experience in transformation contexts
- Understanding of the interrelationships between production, supply chain, digitalization, and SAP S/4HANA
- Ideally, experience as a project manager, subproject manager, or stream lead
- Ability to structure complex requirements and translate them into clear solution scenarios
- Confident communication of complex topics in German and English
- Willingness to embrace respectful collaboration, fairness, and open dialogue
