Job Description
SAP FI/CO-Dozent*in für das Berliner EdTech-Unternehmen Syntax Institut. Durchführung praxisnaher Remote-Kurse und Begleitung der Teilnehmenden in den Arbeitsmarkt.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver remote courses on SAP FI and/or CO
- Translate complex learning objectives into clear, practical learning units
- Enrich lessons with examples from your own IT experience
- Foster collaboration and self-organization within learning groups
- Manage conflicts and feedback
- Develop targeted initiatives for participants who need additional support
- Work closely with the Student Success Team
- Create practical learning materials in collaboration with the Product Team
- Take responsibility for the subject-matter and instructional quality of the course
- Support participants through to completion and help them transition into the job market
Requirements:
- SAP certification in FI (Finance) and/or CO (Controlling)
- At least 2 years of SAP project experience in the relevant area
- Ideally, experience with S/4HANA, implementation, and customization
- Train-the-Trainer (PTWTTT) certification is an advantage
- EWM experience is an advantage
- Fluent German at a minimum C1 level
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to teach SAP at user level and, over time, at consultant level
- Ability to independently explain complex topics in a logical and comprehensible manner
- Strong affinity for online teaching/e-learning and web-based learning programs
