Job Description
SAP PY Advanced Consultant supporting and enhancing SAP HR and payroll systems for SD Worx, a European payroll and HR services provider. Delivering AMS support, integrations, and compliance-focused solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide application support within AMS scope, including incidents, service requests, and changes
- Configure and maintain SAP HR, Payroll, and SuccessFactors systems
- Collaborate with diverse teams and work independently to deliver customer support for SAP HCM solutions
- Analyse business requirements, design tailored solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot SAP HCM solutions
- Provide remote guidance to customers using SAP Best Practices and operational and technical assistance
- Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and conduct end-user training workshops
- Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews
- Work closely with global teams and technical experts
- Support the Customer Delivery Lead in meeting SLA and service quality targets
- Contribute to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of payroll systems while ensuring compliance with local regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR, or a related field
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Experience in SAP HR / HCM / Payroll processes
- Good understanding of payroll regulations
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experience with P2P integration processes and configuration, including cross-module integrations and data flows
- ABAP programming skills, including debugging, enhancements, and basic development
- Experience working in an AMS / support environment at L2/L3 level
- Understanding of SLA/KPI management and financial tracking
